Nashville Superspeedway Report

(April 7, 2007) -- Former Nashville Superspeedway race winner, Blake Feese, attempted to qualify for the ARCA RE/MAX Series, Nashville ARCA 150, on Friday, in the No. 95 Sadler Brothers Racing Dodge. Unfortunately, the team experienced mechanical problems during their qualifying run, which prevented the team from making the starting grid. The Sadler Brothers Racing team had no points to fall back on for a provisional.

"We tested at Nashville the week before and out of all the teams that tested, we would have been 4th", said Feese. "We had a very productive test and felt that we had a top-5 car for the Nashville ARCA 150. We were a second and a half faster at the test than we were on qualifying day. During practice and qualifying on Friday, it seemed like the motor was seizing up all day. It is disappointing to test that well, only to run into mechanical issues that resulted in us not being able to qualify for the race. I'd like to thank Sadler Brothers Racing for the opportunity and hopefully we'll fare better in the No. 95 Dodge in Kansas."

Feese will head to Kansas Speedway on Friday, April 27th, with Sadler Brothers Racing for the Kansas Lottery $150 Grand 200 mile race. In addition to the ARCA races, an upcoming non-wing Sprint car schedule with owner Mark Swanson will soon be announced on www.blakefeese.com. Stay tuned for details!
