Blake Feese will get to sling a sprint car sideways again
 CHARLOTTE,
North Carolina (August 29, 2007) - Feese will be traveling to Lawrenceburg,
Indiana for the Dick Gaines Memorial on Saturday night, September 1st,
making his debut in Mark Swanson's non-wing Sprint car. The Swanson
team will then travel to Haubstabt, Indiana for the non-wing MSCS Sprint
show on Sunday night.
Tri-State Speedway, in Haubstabt, Indiana, is the location of Blake's
first ever Sprint car victory. It came on the 13th night of his rookie
season, in 1999, in a wing Sprint car.
"I'm excited that Mark thinks enough of me to let me drive his
top-of-the-line equipment. I always enjoy running a Sprint car with
or without a wing, so when the opportunity came up, I jumped at it.
It's a great way to spend Labor Day weekend.
"My cousin, Kyle Wissmiller, will be racing at the same tracks
this weekend, so I am looking forward to racing with him. We haven't
raced together since mini-sprints. If Mitch wasn't running a Silver
Crown car in DuQuoin, all three of us would be racing and our Grandma
wouldn't know what to think!
"On a serious note, I have been talking with Mark on the phone
for months and feel like we know each other already. I'm looking forward
to having a successful weekend and carrying alot of momentum into the
ARCA race at Chicagoland Speedway on September 8th."
